Jell-O Jigglers - Help your child pick out and purchase several packages of their favorite flavors of Jell-O brand gelatin. Follow the directions included on each package.
Cheesy Nacho Appetizers - Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spread the chips on a baking tray and spoon refried beans onto the chips. Top with Monterey or Cheddar cheese. Serve with Salsa.
Homemade Pizza - Buy or make your own pizza rounds and all of your childs favorite pizza toppings. Let each child "create" their own pizza. Or, call your favorite local pizzeria and have it delivered!
Pigs in a Blanket- Using your favorite brand of hot dogs, cheese & ready made refrigerator croissants, slice the hot dogs lenghtwise. Cut the cheese into strips. Roll out the croissants and fill them with the hot dogs & cheese. Roll up the croissants and bake until golden brown or as directed.
Shaped Sandwiches- Using your childs favorite sandwiches (Peanut Butter & Jelly, Grilled Cheese etc.), and a cookie cutter, cut the sandwiches into shapes.
Fishy Jell-O- Have your child choose their favorite flavor of Jell-O (green or blue looks best for this treat) and make according to directions. Pour Jell-O into bowl and set into refrigerator. Once the Jell-O starts to set and thicken (about 1 hour) add gummy fish in the ocean of Jell-O. Allow Jell-O to thicken fully and serve.
Popcorn Balls- Pop severals cups of popcorn and set aside. Combine 1/2 cup corn syrup, 1/3 cup water, 1 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a medium sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture comes to a boil. Continue cooking until the mixture reaches 525 degrees. Stir in 1/4 cup butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla and a few drops of your childs favorite food coloring. Pour mixture over popcorn and mix until popcorn is fully coated.
Pirate Banana Ships- Cut banana's in half lengthwise. Cover with ice cream, M&M's, Nuts, or any of your childs favorite candy and whip cream.
Ice Cream & Cake- Don't forget your childs favorite flavor of Ice Cream & Cake.
