Balloon FAQ's Foil Balloons: 18" and larger sized mylar/foil balloons have self-sealing valves and do not require the use of a heat sealer. Do not put helium in non-valved balloons smaller than 18" (air fill only). All balloons come deflated. Certain foil balloons cannot float in a high altitude. Do you carry other themes or products? ezParties.com offers one of the largest selection of children's party themes. We stock over 130 themed party packages.
