How can I be sure that my credit card information is secure when placing an order?

to us.
How do I know that my order has been received?
After you submit your order through our Web site, you will immediately receive an order confirmation detailing the products you
ordered and an order number. This email will contain a link that you may use to check the status of your order at any time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders ship out from our warehouse within 24 - 72 hours. The estimated delivery time for orders shipped via Ground delivery is two
to ten business days within the continental United

Balloon FAQ's
Foil Balloons: 18" and larger sized mylar/foil balloons have self-sealing valves and do not require the use of a heat sealer.
Do not put helium in non-valved balloons smaller than 18" (air fill only). All balloons come deflated. Certain foil balloons
cannot float in a high altitude.
Do you carry other themes or products?
ezParties.com offers one of the largest selection of children's party themes. We stock over 130 themed
party packages. All of them are available on our Web site. If you do not find the theme you are looking for,
please feel free to email us.
What happens if an item that I ordered is currently out of stock?
We carry most items in stock. Occassionally we may be temporarilly out of stock of an item. In this case an ezParties.com
Customer Service representative will contact you, via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours, to update you regarding your
order. Most out of stock items are shipped within 2 to 7 days from the time of your order.
Will my email address, name and address be shared with other companies or third parties?
ezParties.com does send periodic emails and direct mailings with information on new products, monthly specials and
services. If you do not wish to receive future mailings from us, please simply reply to any such email and we will promptly
remove you from our mailing list.
We do not share our customer information with any third parties.
